Your First Visit

What to expect.

Arrive 10 minutes early

We'll get you checked in, show you around the studio, and answer any questions before class starts.

Wear comfortable clothing

Fitted workout clothes work best so your instructor can see your alignment. Grip socks are required (we sell them too).

No experience needed

Our Foundations classes are designed for beginners. Your instructor will guide you through everything — just bring yourself.

Leave feeling different

You'll walk out taller, more aware of your body, and wondering why you didn't start sooner. That's the Form Theory effect.
