What does "Founding Member" mean?
Founding Members are the first people to join Form Theory. You lock in a lifetime rate that will never increase, get priority class booking, and access to exclusive member events. It's our way of saying thank you for being here from the start.
When do I pay? When does billing start?
Nothing is charged at presale — signing up locks in your rate. Your first payment happens when you book your first class. It auto-renews from there unless you cancel.
How long is the commitment?
Founding memberships are a 3-month commitment with month-to-month payments. After your initial 3 months, your membership continues at the same locked-in rate until you choose to cancel.
What does "lifetime rate" actually mean?
As long as your membership remains active, your monthly rate will never increase — regardless of future price changes. If you cancel and rejoin later, you'd come back at whatever the current rate is at that time.
Do I need Pilates experience?
Not at all. Our Foundations class is designed for complete beginners. Your instructor will guide you through everything. Small classes mean you'll never feel lost.
Can I cancel?
Your membership cancels at the end of your 3-month commitment. After that, it continues month-to-month and you can cancel anytime. Just know that if you rejoin later, you'll come back at whatever the regular rate is — the founding rate is only available now.
What should I wear?
Fitted, comfortable workout clothes so your instructor can see your alignment. Grip socks are required — we sell them at the studio.
How many founding memberships are available?
Wave 1 spots are limited. Once they're claimed, the next wave will be at a higher rate. This is the best price we'll ever offer.
